Code of Conduct

The Dresser Code of Conduct plays a critical role in our ability to do business with integrity. In a global economy that grows more complex every day, all organizations must rely more and more on a shared set of values that govern who we are, what we believe, and how we behave.That is the fundamental purpose of Dresser’s Code of Conduct. This Code contains the specific Corporate Policies and Procedures adopted by the Board of Directors that relate to legal and ethical standards of conduct for all employees and agents of the Company. 


Our integrity as individuals and as employees of Dresser is our most valuable asset. The value of Dresser’s name has been built over the course of many generations. It’s our responsibility to uphold and strengthen the good reputation that Dresser enjoys around the world.
